Q: Can gift cards be used to purchase product subscriptions?

A: No, Gifted gift cards cannot be applied to product subscriptions.

Q: Can gift cards be refunded?

A: After a customer purchases a gift card, it is NOT possible to refund their money due to the funds do not come to the company account.

Q: How are funds allocated when I purchase a gift card?

A: When you purchase a gift card, the funds are allocated to the recipient you specify during the purchase. The recipient can then use the gift card balance to make purchases on our platform.

 

Q: Can you refund items purchased with a gift card?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund the value of the gift card used for store purchases. However, we can issue a coupon for the equivalent amount spent. Please contact our support team for assistance in this regard.

Q: Do gift cards have an expiration date?

A: No, gift cards will not expire as long as there is a balance remaining on them. However, once the balance is depleted, the gift card will become inactive.
